You can come to us and pick up the products you ordered on the site, by self-pickup. Our address is 3 Hatzorf Street, Holon. Opening hours for arrival: Sunday-Thursday 9:00-15:00 at the parts warehouse counter. Wait to receive an SMS message from the warehouse that the order is ready for pickup.

We offer delivery throughout Israel for 40 NIS. Deliveries intended for distribution to households in regular areas will be delivered within 6 business days. We use the courier company Ritz Plus, one of the leaders in the country in reliability and service. Delivery times vary depending on location. Deliveries intended for distribution in areas such as the Golan Heights, the Arava, and Eilat, and settlements beyond the Green Line, will be delivered within 8 business days. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number.
After the courier company collects the order, and the part is on its way to you, you will receive an SMS with a tracking number from our courier company, using this tracking number you can check the status of your shipment on the delivery company's website.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the parts or accessories are in their original condition and packaging and have not been used. Please complete the product cancellation/return form on the website to begin the return process and receive a return authorization. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
